Eileen joined World Business Chicago in 2015 where she translates business objectives into clear creative strategies for the organization and it’s underlying initiatives. She specifically works on identity, branding, user experience, web and print design projects.
Prior to her role at World Business Chicago, Eileen was the Creative Manager at the National Hellenic Museum, the second oldest American institution dedicated to displaying and celebrating the cultural contributions of Greeks and Greek-Americans. As Creative Manager, she led the execution of creative design that responded to a wide range of Museum needs which included exhibition design and branded interactive spaces.
An enthusiastic designer, Eileen continues to spend time as a freelance consultant, building brand identities with independently owned businesses through her boutique design company, Tiny Bear Studio. She also organizes Chicago Geek Women, a social group celebrating diverse women in geek culture.
Eileen served a year as an AmeriCorps Corps Member with City Year Chicago, has been a resident of IMPACT: Design for Social Change at School of Visual Arts, studied User Experience Design at the Starter League, has special interest in Human Computer Interaction, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Columbia College Chicago.
Eileen was born and raised in Chicago, and currently lives in the city’s far northwest side with her husband and dog, Teddy.
